11.7.0

This is a big one. Your docs, your release plans and your marketing can all move out of side spreadsheets and into Artist Growth.

Pages: your docs, right where the work happens

Stop hunting for the Google Doc with the campaign plan, the run-of-show or the tour book. Every project and artist profile now has Pages.

  • Write together, live. Your whole team can work on the same Page at once and watch each other's edits land.

  • Comment and @mention. Highlight a passage to start a discussion, and @mention a teammate to pull them in. They get an email that takes them straight to it.

  • Bring what you've got. Import a Word or Markdown file, and your headings, lists, tables and images come along. The original stays attached, just in case.

  • Make it look good. Use headings, checklists, tables and images from a toolbar that's always there, or type / and keep your hands on the keyboard.

  • Share when you're ready. Add Pages to an artist's Profile Share Link. Nothing goes out unless you choose it.

  • Read on the go. Open any project or artist Page in the mobile app, formatting and images included.

Releases: retire the release spreadsheet

Every release across your roster now lives in one fast, spreadsheet-style grid. Click a cell and type, tab across the row, and add a release in one click.

It holds everything you've been tracking on the side: UPCs and ISRCs, genres, pitch status, DSP and playlist wins, and all your DSP links. You can filter it, group it, export it and arrange the columns your way.

Release dates also show up on your calendar, on the web and in the mobile app. They're marked on your AG Intelligence charts too, so you can see what release day did for streams and sales.

Marketing: your whole campaign in one place

Marketing gets its own home, with three grids that work just like Releases:

  • Content Production: follow every piece from brief to publish, with its production, due and publish dates.

  • Social Calendar: plan posts by platform and account, then track boosts and impressions.

  • Assets: keep tabs on every deliverable and when it landed.

Scheduled posts and content dates show up on your calendar right next to your events, on the web and in the mobile app. On the web, drag one to reschedule it, or click through to its row. Social posts also appear on AG Intelligence charts, so you can line them up against performance.

Asset Link Sections In Projects & Artist Profile

Long link lists, tamed. Sort a project's or artist profile's links into sections like Masters, Artwork or Press Photos. Profile Share Links keep the same sections, so whoever you send one to sees it organized too.

In the mobile app

  • My Chats. Recent comments on your tasks now have their own feed on My Work. Switch to just the comments that @mention you, and reply from the list without opening the task.

  • Receipts, attached. Add a file or a photo to a transaction from your phone, and remove the ones you don't need.

Coming soon

Pages are just getting started. Very soon you'll be able to mention one Page from another, the same way you mention a teammate, and resize the images in a Page.
